Day 1 — Planning and Risk

• Module 1: Project Management Life Cycle — initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, closing
• Module 2: Risk Management — risk identification, assessment, impact and mitigation
• Module 3: Project Planning — project charter, scope statement, work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Module 4: Project Implementation — project team, procurement, work-in-progress, communication
• Module 5: Project Monitoring, Control and Closing — tracking progress, managing deviations, change management, Earned Value Management (EVM)

Day 2 — Teams, Stakeholders and Delivery

• Module 6: Team Management — leading project teams, communication, motivation, conflict resolution
• Module 7: Project Management Software Tools — Project Server/Online, integration with SharePoint and Excel
• Module 8: Stakeholder Management — stakeholder analysis, management plan, stakeholder register, rapport building
• Module 9: Financial Considerations — budget, NPV, ROI, payback analysis
• Module 10: Case Studies — real project scenarios analysed and de-briefed

Each day runs 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with registration and breakfast from 8:45 AM. Lunch and refreshments provided. Bring your laptop — participants are encouraged to come with real project challenges to work through during the sessions.
